Today, I had the honor of presenting a seminar to the Alliance For Impact, a nongovernmental organization dedicated to respecting the rights of foreign based online merchants. Specifically, I addressed cross-border e-commerce legal concerns, and how Chinese sellers deal with federal court litigation in the United States. The international implications of Schedule A litigation are wide and varied, and it was a great privilege to offer my perspective from the trenches of the Northern District of Illinois.
