A major new research report, entitled “2024 Report on Overseas IP Dispute of Chinese Entities,” was released last week. The report was prepared by the prestigious China IP Law Association and the National Overseas IP Dispute Coordination Center in Beijing, China.

In the report, the organizations analyzed the number of Trademark Schedule A cases in the United States, with a particular focus on the Northern District of Illinois. The report further highlights the Keleher Appellate Law Group as a leading law firm for the defense of Chinese entities in trademark and patent disputes. We are cited on pages 27, 40, 68, and 82 of the report. A PDF of the report can be found here.

This is a tremendous honor. We are proud of our efforts on behalf of Chinese online merchants and reaffirm our commitment to defending such businesses wrongly sued for IP infringement.

About the Author
Christopher Keleher clerked for the Hon. William J. Bauer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  This unique opportunity provided Mr. Keleher with an invaluable understanding of the inner workings of an appellate court.  He saw what persuades judges and what does not, and utilizes this knowledge every time he writes an appellate brief. The Keleher Appellate Law Group handles all phases of appellate litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Read more here.
